And it's been clear weather on that day too. I don't think there's any power outage or lighting strike, my alarm clock looks fine, usually it will blinking if there's power outage. I've been out all day last Friday and when I came home and disarmed my alarm, the keypad start beeping. I triggered alarm intentionally and monitoring centre received correct alarm message. I would press *2 to see if a fault light comes up they may have supreesed it showing a fault light, does the beeping stop after you enter your code, and does it stop after entering your code a second time on an arm/disarmMonitoring centre does not received any fault signal.

Are the Control Room getting Comms from Panel, has there been a pwr outage/spike they msy have corrupted panel, lighting in the area, normally if its a fault the service light comes on
